That's what'd I'd call a good start. What's the diameter? The big bins are around 5.5".

I have some clear plastic for fins and can make a hard foam nosecone or hunt down a plastic nosecone like what you did. Keep it lite for the low power BP motors. Maybe a cluster would be cool.

All the one I have shown are 29mm. Home made rings; couplers are another bin that have been sectioned. Not super heavy but not optimized for weight either. The nose for the Cluster Bomb is turned from pink foam with a suitable plastic doohickey for the tip.
