Tom,
I am going with SkyAngle Cert 3 XL with D-Bag for the main, 42" Spherechute for the nose cone. not sure yet about drogue.
7/16" Tubular Kevlar for the harnesses, 35-40ft each, and using swivels. Will finalize the lengths with Teddy in the next week or so.

Measurements made and Harnesses Ordered, Drilled the two switch holes in the av-bay/switch band. Now I am filing the holes in the switch band to counter sink the switches. also got the all-thread cut and installed on one av-bay bulk plate using stainless nylon lock nuts, and I have stainless wing nuts for the other end. Also picked up some stainless 1/4-20 screws for the rail buttons. Going to go with my tried and true method with those. Drill the holes in the booster, mount the buttons, then epoxy the nuts/washers to the inside. Once the epoxy cures I can remove the buttons and swap them out for 1515 if I ever need to. Pictures of all this to come this week.

#43 Drill bit for shear pins ordered. OneBadHawk harnesses should be here today or tomorrow. Fins ordered from UpScaleCNC, he had to order the material so it'll be a week or so to get them. Crunch time! Gonna have a lot of assembling to do here shortly!

Switches countersunk nicely

3/16" Vent holes drilled (3 of them)

3 4-40 Shear Pins, Airframe threaded, NC Shoulder drilled slightly larger to make it easier to remove the remnants

Unistrut Rail Button holes drilled

Electronics Bay Started
I found a very useful way to remove the strands of fiberglass from holes once they are drilled. I took a countersink bit and by hand just twisted it a few times on both sides of the fiberglass, cuts them right off and leaves a clean edge. I'm also going to smear a little epoxy on the inside of all holes just to hold the edges (may not be necessary but gonna do it anyway)
