I've flown reloads that were 3 or 4 years old with no problems, but nothing older.

White Lightning gets a bit dicey when it's older.
I have some early naughties reloads (~2001 from memory, don't quote me) and all the WL are swollen and oxidised.
I tried a static firing of an old F24 and the average thrust was a little less than half, the burn rate was about 50% slower and there was maybe 10% unburnt (Oxidised) propellant left behind. Overall the burn behaved similar to an F12FJ.

All the other propellant types seem to burn fine.

The oldest I've ever flown was a 4 or 5 year old I600 Redline. No problems with it.
